Frequently Asked Questions

  • Can I freeze your cookies?

    YES YOU CAN! Our cookies last up to 1 month when frozen. Thaw our cookies first. Pop them in an oven at 350 for 5-8 min to thaw and warm them back up to delicious goodness again.

  • How long does it take to process my online order?

    Orders received typically are processed the same day if placed before 3 pm CST.

  • Returns?

    Cookies & Conversations does not offer any types of returns. Once an item is purchased and received by the customer they are solely responsible for the product/goods that were purchased. Multiple orders from the same household will not be canceled.

  • Refunds?

    Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Please email info@talkcookie.com for questions.

  • Can I purchase in store?

    Why yes you can! We’ve opened our new location at 2150 S Canalport Ave, Chicago IL 60608 in the Lacuna Lofts. Orders can be picked up and there are options for local deliveries.

  • What is the Cookie Break?

    The Cookie Break is our physical location. The Instagram account is for the tenets of Lacuna Lofts and their clients if they would like some of our other offerings.

  • What days is your shop open?

    As of now, we are open to the public Wednesday through Friday, 11 am to 5 pm. Hours are subject to change.

  • Can I pick up in store?

    Yes, you can. Typical pickup availability schedule is Tuesday 10a - 5 pm CST, Wednesday 11 am - 5 pm CST, Thursday 11 am - 5 pm CST, Friday 11 am - 6 pm CST. Weekend Pickups TBD. Contact us at info@talkcookietome.com to arrange.

  • Do you ship internationally?

    Not at this time. Cookies & Conversations is working on international shipping for the near future.

  • What is the difference between your boxes?

    We have cookie KITS. Those contain mixes. You’ll be in charge of the cookies there. All you need is butter and an egg for those. Our cookie boxes have our freshly baked cookies ready for your inner cookie monster to have a treat.

  • Do you offer local delivery?

    We are in the process of finding a carrier. Stay tuned to the website or our Instagram page for more details.

 Shipping

    • Ground shipping is typically 5 BUSINESS days. (west cost especially can take MUCH longer)

    • Wednesday orders leave the facility on Thursday, Saturday, and Sunday leave on Monday.

    • Remember weekends don’t count as business days.

  • We offer 2-day shipping through FedEx (FedEx does not guarantee)

    • Orders purchased on Saturday and Sunday will go out on Monday and SHOULD arrive by Wednesday.

    • Orders shipped Wednesday SHOULD arrive by Friday.

    • Any orders made after 5 pm CST on Wednesday will not ship until Thursday.
